Description

  • Lead customer implementations as the primary contact and manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and requirements.
  • Manage 25–35+ simultaneous implementation projects and multiple product launch workstreams.
  • Coordinate project teams, deliverables, milestones, risks, and escalations.
  • Organize internal and customer-facing meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Configure systems, validate integrations, test functionality, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party Property Management System vendors to support integrations.
  • Advise customers on Revinate’s product suite and advocate for customer-requested enhancements.
  • Develop and refine internal standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including email deliverability, before project closure.
  • Support account configuration within the target 4–8 week implementation period.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or at least 2 years of professional project management experience.
  • Experience managing a high volume of simultaneous projects and competing priorities, potentially 50–60+ implementations.
  • Customer-facing SaaS, hotel operations, or hospitality marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn products, integrations, and systems quickly.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering or integration teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Workspace, Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Rocketlane.
  • Experience configuring technical SaaS software and managing integrations preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality PMS platforms such as Opera, roomMaster, or Maestro preferred.
  • Willingness to work Central European hours, typically 1:00 PM–9:30 PM IST, Monday–Friday, and collaborate across North American and European time zones.
  • Must be located in the city listed in the job application.
