Description

  • Lead technical implementations and drive organizational adoption of Chainguard Images.
  • Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, develop account strategies, and support value realization, retention, and growth.
  • Test and document Chainguard Images as “customer zero” to ensure quality and smooth onboarding.
  • Communicate customer requirements to Product and Engineering teams and help prioritize image builds.
  • Maintain account-level architectures and share implementation best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with, teach, and learn from cross-functional Chainguard teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to engineers, executives, and other audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, practices, and engineering design concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
