Description

  • Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing People team across multiple regions.
  • Co-develop a people strategy with the SVP of HR and executive leadership aligned to business growth.
  • Advise senior leaders on people decisions using data, judgment, and empathy.
  • Own HR operations including compensation, benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and internal communications.
  • Design scalable, equitable compensation and benefits frameworks for the US, EMEA, and Canada.
  • Build values-driven HR policies and processes that support future growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition by providing compensation intelligence and EVP insights.
  • Assess organizational structure, succession risks, skill gaps, and workforce trends to drive proactive decisions.
  • Develop learning ecosystems that support employee growth at all levels.
  • Lead the employee experience from onboarding through alumni, while fostering belonging, inclusion, and psychological safety.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary processes, and exits with sound legal judgment.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on complex employment matters, compliance, risk management, and HR technology adoption.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and working in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
  • Deep practical knowledge of employment law and people practices across the US, EMEA, and Canada.
  • Experience building and managing compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and equity structures.
  • Fluency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.
  • Experience with ADP, PerformYard, or similar HRIS and performance management/people development platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Emotional intelligence and experience leading through growth, transformation, and uncertainty.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or an equivalent certification is a strong plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
