Description

  • Manage employee relations across multiple business groups to help employees and managers resolve issues and grievances.
  • Conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations in accordance with company methodology and applicable laws.
  • Maintain the employee case management system with detailed documentation of employee relations matters.
  • Communicate regularly and promptly with all parties throughout the investigation process.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, performance management, position eliminations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Deliver data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and Legal to implement solutions.
  • Identify employee relations trends and drive training, systems, and process improvements.
  • Own large-scale, company-wide projects that improve frontline partner experience.
  • Produce high-quality written communications that analyze problems and recommend solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and business partners.
  • Experience managing conflict in employee relations or similar scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
  • Action-oriented approach to solving problems.
  • Preferred candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid remote-office environment.
  • Experience with employee relations, investigations, or performance management is implied as part of the role.
  • Ability to interpret policy and procedure and work with legal or compliance-related issues.
