Description

  • Own the end-to-end build and execution of marketing emails in HubSpot, including copy formatting, A/B testing, list segmentation, scheduling, and calendar coordination.
  • Build and manage email nurture workflows and drip sequences under the guidance of the demand generation strategist.
  • Maintain list hygiene, contact segmentation, and database health in HubSpot with Marketing Operations support.
  • Ensure campaign tracking and reporting work correctly between HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Own the technical setup and execution of webinars across Zoom Webinars and Payload CMS.
  • Manage webinar operations including registration pages, confirmation and reminder emails, workflow setup, speaker scheduling, day-of coordination, recording management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate the virtual events calendar with Content and Product Marketing and serve as coordinator for third-party sponsored virtual summits and webinars.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team with landing page builds, UTM tracking setup, and creative requests for digital assets.
  • Assist with paid media campaign operations across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager as needed.
  • Pull and compile campaign performance metrics, including leads by channel, email performance, webinar attendance, and pipeline attribution.
  • Support monthly and quarterly marketing and budget reporting for team members and leadership.
  • Work in Monday.com to help manage campaign launches and ensure timely asset delivery across content, design, and product marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations; internships and co-ops count.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation tool, including email marketing, list setup, and reporting, is preferred.
  • Comfort working in Salesforce for lead management and reporting, or strong technical acumen to learn it quickly.
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or ON24.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Jasper, and HubSpot AI features for drafting, summarizing, and accelerating repetitive tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to catch errors before work goes out the door.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort pulling, organizing, and presenting data in spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Genuine interest in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
