Description

  • Own the field marketing strategy and execution for tradeshows, customer events, and ABM experiences that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop and scale partner and co-marketing programs with strategic partners to generate demand and expand market reach.
  • Lead execution of strategic account-based marketing programs in close partnership with Sales.
  • Drive integrated demand generation campaigns across content, paid media, lifecycle, web, events, and sales motions.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to enable teams on marketing programs and improve follow-up execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and executive leaders, to develop and execute programs.
  • Monitor campaign and pipeline performance to improve conversion and drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Travel on-site for event execution as needed, approximately 3+ times per quarter.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success developing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating performance, identifying opportunities, and improving outcomes.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and accountable for results.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bringing structure to evolving priorities.

  • Base salary range of $108,800–$126,000 per year.
