Description

  • Design and execute field marketing programs including webinars, trade shows, in-person events, and digital activations to drive net-new pipeline.
  • Build integrated multi-touch campaigns across ads, email, social, content, and other channels to move leads through the funnel.
  • Partner with sales to align marketing activity to pipeline goals and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign development, personalize outreach, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Identify and evaluate third-party and co-marketing demand generation opportunities with attention to cost-per-opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and repurpose content that supports conversion.
  • Support customer marketing programs that drive cross-sell and retention within existing accounts.
  • Monitor pipeline health and make real-time adjustments to keep performance on or ahead of plan.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in demand generation or field marketing.
  • At least 2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • A proven track record of campaigns that generated pipeline, not just impressions.
  • Experience marketing to legal tech or enterprise buyers is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Ability to build reporting that surfaces meaningful insights.
  • Strong competitive awareness and understanding of the market landscape.
  • Analytical strength and comfort working with data and creative briefs.
  • Self-directed, accountable, and able to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Willingness to travel 2–5 times per year.
  • Must be able to perform the role 100% remotely anywhere in Canada.

  • Anticipated pay range of CAD $85,000–CAD $105,000 annually.
