Description

  • Own and grow the Referral partner portfolio for non-strategic, non-reseller Solution Partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Referral-track partners and manage partner relationship maps across sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Recruit, vet, educate, onboard, and activate new referral partners in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Run lightweight partner governance cadences such as check-ins, QBRs, and campaign reviews focused on pipeline and revenue.
  • Design and execute repeatable referral motions that are easy for partners and Sales to use.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and partner-influenced ARR against quarterly targets.
  • Partner with AEs, SEs, and xDRs to ensure referred opportunities are pursued quickly and with clear rules of engagement.
  • Operationalize deal registration through PRM, including entry criteria, routing, and feedback loops into Salesforce.
  • Monitor attribution hygiene and work with RevOps and Partner Ops to resolve overlaps, duplicates, and attribution conflicts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and events that generate referral pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, channel, business development, or a similar go-to-market role.
  • Experience with referral or reseller programs is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and PRM or deal registration tools.
  • Strong understanding of how AEs, SEs, and BDRs work and how partner motions fit their workflows.
  • Ability to own revenue and opportunity-creation targets and work backward from goals to programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting to both partner leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Builder mentality with experience standing up and scaling new motions.
  • Experience selling into or partnering within restaurant, hospitality, or SMB SaaS is preferred.
  • Background working with accounting firms, consultants, or service providers aligned to solution partner profiles is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a referral-only or lightweight partner motion is preferred.
