Description

  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and sell into new accounts.
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and consistent quota attainment.
  • Sell on value and return on investment rather than product features and functions.
  • Uncover customer pain points and business impact that map to the company’s solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from self-sourced opportunities through close.
  • Ensure new customers stay on track to go live during implementation and after the sale.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information.
  • Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Restaurant365 platform to present it to prospective clients.
  • Conduct ongoing industry research to identify marketplace trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Proven account management or sales experience with a strong record of success.
  • Software sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adopt and follow a sales process.
  • Ability to network, build relationships, negotiate, and solve problems.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to meet clients as needed.
  • Accounting or restaurant management experience is a huge plus.
