Description

  • Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support program design, recommendations, and decision-making.
  • Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Refine job architecture and pay ranges to support business objectives.
  • Manage global compensation planning cycles with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Partner with the Recruiting team to optimize offer processes and provide market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to support decision-making.
  • Participate in special compensation projects as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and new ideas for compensation operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related compensation experience in a dynamic business environment.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation practices and experience with equity plans.
  • Expert-level quantitative and statistical modeling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy data models and analytical tools to automate and improve compensation processes.
  • Expert-level proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including array formulas and Power Query.
  • Strong experience with global HRIS for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Strong interest in Pay Equity and Pay Transparency initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally and globally.
  • Situational, influential leadership style with the ability to operate in ambiguous situations and pivot as needed.

  • Salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
