Description

  • Serve as a strategic leadership partner to departments across the organization.
  • Translate business needs and challenges into HR actions and initiatives.
  • Provide daily coaching and guidance to people leaders on employee relations and performance issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, associates, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Drive cyclical HR processes and reporting across assigned business areas.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities, including onboarding and welcoming new associates.
  • Lead or support strategic HR projects and organizational changes.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team.
  • Guide leaders through performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and progressive discipline.
  • Support workforce planning, hiring needs, title harmonization, org chart review, and onboarding tasks.
  • Work with Learning and Development and departments on training needs, career pathing, talent mapping, and job descriptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience at a national firm with multiple locations and 1,000+ associates, or in a high-growth organization.
  • Master’s degree and/or HR certifications or designations are preferred.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and organizational values.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions and navigate associate relations issues.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to demonstrate strong personal ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to apply HR knowledge to resolve business challenges involving policies, systems, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment with the ability to balance HR practices and business needs.
  • Experience managing people, processes, projects, and change management.
  • Versatility and flexibility to work in changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Benefits

  • Annualized base salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 per year.
  • Annual cash bonus opportunity.
