Description

  • Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Coach and advise managers on organizational effectiveness, team performance, leadership development, and culture.
  • Use people data and insights such as engagement, attrition, performance, and hiring trends to inform recommendations.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, calibration, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and growth opportunities across teams.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, improve onboarding, and support scaling.
  • Guide managers through complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance awareness.
  • Lead investigations, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Spearhead organizational design, role clarity, operational changes, and leadership transitions as the company scales.
  • Support culture, engagement, and the launch and evolution of people programs such as manager enablement, learning initiatives, and engagement surveys.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in direct HRBP or People Partner roles.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and manager coaching.
  • Ability to balance empathy and business needs while providing consistent, high-integrity guidance.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.
  • Experience supporting technical functions such as Engineering, Product, Security/IT, and/or GTM teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with globally distributed teams (preferred).
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes and structure where they do not yet exist (preferred).
  • Experience with HR analytics and using data to drive decisions (preferred).
  • Experience preparing teams and practices for scale, audits, and IPO readiness (preferred).
