Description

  • Manage assigned territory sales activity, including new business, renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Grow the assigned book of business and work toward exceeding revenue goals.
  • Serve as the primary account contact for customers to strengthen loyalty, retention, and expansion.
  • Use consultative selling to align Renaissance solutions with each customer’s needs and strategic objectives.
  • Lead coordination across internal teams, including Customer Success and Account Executive partners, to develop winning solutions.
  • Engage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle to maintain communication and drive agreement.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support strong product renewal rates.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the K-12 education market, including district structures, funding, buying cycles, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain credibility with customers by delivering accurate information, meeting expectations, and sharing market insights.
  • Travel occasionally within Arizona for customer meetings, conferences, and other revenue-generating activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of prior sales experience.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales technology tools such as Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of education customers, their organizational structures, and leadership personas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience in education sales (preferred).
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of common tools and trends in the ed tech space.
  • Deep knowledge of the K-12 education environment, including public, private, and parochial schools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Arizona.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

  • Base salary range of $61,800 to $85,000.
  • Total target compensation range of $123,000 to $158,000.
