Description

  • Own a portfolio of advertiser and demand-side accounts running user acquisition campaigns on the Xsolla Offerwall.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day campaign management and strategic account growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, expansion, and new partner onboarding opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, campaign recaps, and growth roadmaps for partners.
  • Advise UA and monetization teams on budget allocation, creative strategy, targeting, and bid optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve blockers and relay partner feedback.
  • Stay current on trends in mobile user acquisition, rewarded advertising, and AdTech.
  • Manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within AdTech, mobile advertising, user acquisition, or a related performance marketing field.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing advertiser accounts and hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience managing client relationships end-to-end.
  • Comfort working with performance data and KPIs including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV.
  • Ability to diagnose campaign performance issues, interpret trends, and translate data into recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of mobile user acquisition strategies, rewarded advertising mechanics, and performance marketing models.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with the gaming publisher and advertiser ecosystem, including UA spend, retention, and LTV optimization, is preferred.
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs), offerwalls, or rewarded ad networks is preferred.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in gaming and performance advertising is preferred.
