Description

  • Own the post-go-live relationship for high-value customer accounts as a technical authority.
  • Guide customers through complex growth phases and architectural changes to keep configurations optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Identify underused platform features and provide technical guidance that helps customers realize full value from the platform.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal Support, Product, and Engineering teams to support root cause analysis and influence the roadmap.
  • Develop reusable workflows, technical playbooks, and templates that improve efficiency across the customer success organization.
  • Document unique customer challenges and contribute to scalable internal knowledge sharing.
  • Align platform capabilities with customers’ long-term business objectives.
  • Support customers proactively to prevent friction before it starts.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical account management or systems engineering.
  • Deep experience in cloud infrastructure and developer tools.
  • Ability to design technical workflows and architectures aligned with diverse infrastructure standards.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to build trust with executives and engineering leaders.
  • Professional fluency in English and either French or German is required.
  • Experience in a PaaS ecosystem or with developer-focused organizations.
  • Formal experience or certification in change management methodologies related to software adoption is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero is preferred.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Datadog or Pendo is preferred.
  • Background in DevOps or software development is a plus.
  • Legally authorized to work in France, Germany, Spain, or the United Kingdom is required, as visa sponsorship is not available.
