Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and retention.
  • Build customer success plans, define KPIs, and guide customers on AI security best practices such as model risk monitoring, prompt security, and governance workflows.
  • Lead regular business reviews with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Advise customers on AI security architecture and integrations across CASB, DLP, SIEM, SASE, model gateways, and LLM application workflows.
  • Support customer onboarding and deployment through hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and adoption enablement.
  • Own the full renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, proposal preparation, pricing and terms negotiation, and renewal closure.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities across products, modules, consumption tiers, and additional use cases.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing to influence roadmap, support implementation, and drive advocacy.
  • Deliver workshops, onboarding sessions, and executive briefings on AI threats, safe LLM adoption, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering within cybersecurity, cloud security, and AI/ML platforms.
  • Strong technical background with experience in security architectures, API gateways, cloud platforms, data protection, or AI/LLM workflows.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience handling renewals, negotiating contracts, and driving upsells.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both deeply technical teams and procurement/executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth AI environments.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, prompt hardening, model evaluations, or red-teaming methods is preferred.
  • Experience supporting SASE/SSE, CASB, or SaaS security products is preferred.
  • Startup or early-stage scaling experience is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, CISSP, or relevant AI governance credentials are preferred.
