Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Success Managers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to support success and revenue expansion.
  • Communicate Zscaler’s value proposition to diverse audiences and resolve technical and business challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs such as NPS, renewals, and product adoption to guide continuous improvement.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer incidents and executive-level relationships.
  • Support strategic leadership while also providing hands-on customer success support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years in a leadership position with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction in an assigned region.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships and acting as an escalation point for customer incidents.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, forecasting behavior, and creating data-driven strategies.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of networking and security technologies, with familiarity in cloud computing solutions (preferred).
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, CCIE, Network+, or equivalent, and/or experience or certifications from AWS, Google, or Microsoft (preferred).
