Description

  • Manage the transition from sales to customer success or growth teams and ensure customer expectations are clearly documented.
  • Conduct platform demos and customer orientation calls to support a strong first-time user experience.
  • Validate sales handover information, including forecasts and customer needs, for accuracy and alignment.
  • Confirm or adjust customer segmentation and ensure proper assignment to Customer Success Managers.
  • Audit customer progress through the adoption process and help ensure customers reach first revenue quickly.
  • Verify and validate key customer contacts to support ongoing account growth.
  • Maintain detailed account records and notes in Salesforce during the handover process.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to align on customer goals and preserve momentum after adoption.
  • Document customer health, usage, and feedback and identify adoption risks.
  • Measure adoption outcomes such as time to adopt, rate of adoption, segmentation validation, and post-adoption CSAT.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, adoption management, or customer success in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead customer demos and orientation sessions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and CPMs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, validate forecasts, and track adoption metrics.
  • Fluency in a second European language such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish (preferred).
