Description

  • Own day-to-day HR operations for RemotePass's internal globally distributed team and keep the function running reliably.
  • Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, documentation, and systems by keeping them current, fixing issues, and simplifying workflows where appropriate.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR questions and issues, resolving employee matters promptly and with care.
  • Run performance review cycles end-to-end, including setup, coordination, and follow-through.
  • Lead and support the talent acquisition function, staying hands-on with hiring and keeping the recruitment pipeline moving.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team while balancing people management with your own execution.
  • Maintain compliance with internal HR policies and local employment requirements across the countries where the team operates.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics such as time to hire, onboarding completion, ticket resolution, and compliance status.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and Payroll to ensure a seamless internal employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HR or People Operations with a strong track record of hands-on delivery.
  • Proven experience running HR operations for a distributed or remote, multi-country team.
  • Experience managing HR operations and talent acquisition simultaneously.
  • Experience leading and developing a small team.
  • Background in a startup, scaleup, tech company, EOR, or HR tech company is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance review cycles, and HR/recruitment tools including an ATS.
  • Excellent organisational and process skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable being the operational go-to person in a fast-changing, remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English.
