Description

Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and separation decisions.
Stay current on local, state, and federal employment laws and diversity-related regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, and update People policies.
Notify People Team leaders about employee relations trends and compliance issues.
Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes.
Analyze workforce data to identify diversity gaps and people trends, and generate related reports.
Maintain HR data hygiene and support data integrity across HRIS and Drive.
Troubleshoot HR systems and support process improvements, including testing and process design updates.
Create initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture and support engagement programs.
Support onboarding, benefits and leave administration, and headcount management processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
HR certification is preferred.
5 years of HR administrative, rewards, benefits, or generalist experience is required.
Experience with enterprise HRIS is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Human Resources and People Operations principles and practices.
Ability to use independent judgment and interpretation in employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance decisions.
Ability to resolve complex team member and leader issues creatively and collaboratively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a direct and empathetic style.
Adept at using HRIS, preferably Workday, and project management tools such as JIRA.
Experience with Google Docs, Slack, and People Systems tools such as CultureAmp, Continu, and Tilt.
Up to 5% travel may be required.
Remote team members must live and work in the United States, territories excluded, and have reliable high-speed internet.

Base compensation range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
