Description

  • Provide strategic compensation consultation and guidance to senior leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner with People Partners and Recruiters on all compensation activities related to their functions.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to keep salary and equity structures market competitive.
  • Recommend off-cycle increases and market adjustments as needed.
  • Audit pay gaps and support equitable pay practices across the organization.
  • Prepare, review, and align job descriptions within Pie’s job architecture.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data, job profiles, bonus targets, and equity records in internal systems.
  • Partner with external consultants on executive compensation reviews and recommendations.
  • Support equity strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Co-own the annual compensation and performance cycle program execution.
  • Manage benefits programs in partnership with vendors, consultants, auditors, and internal peers.
  • Administer leave programs, payroll contribution processes, benefits reporting, and compliance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with some college coursework.
  • 5+ years of compensation and equity analysis experience.
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to base compensation and incentive compensation programs.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and certified compensation professional credentials.
  • Advanced written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, multi-layered situations.
  • Advanced awareness of workflow and project tradeoffs.
  • Experience using G-Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with Excel, HRIS systems such as Workday, and compensation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
  • Must live and work in the United States if remote, with reliable high-speed internet access.
