Description

  • Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, lead qualification, and full-cycle sales from initial contact to contract close.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts to support ongoing use of RemotePass for global workforce needs.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and operational stakeholders to understand their business challenges.
  • Conduct tailored product demos and presentations for prospective and current clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support onboarding and account management.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen market positioning.
  • Contribute to sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with remote-first companies or international clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in another language, preferably a European language or Arabic, is a plus.
