Description

  • Run 50+ discovery and audit/strategy calls per month with Amazon and eCommerce brand owners and decision-makers.
  • Open calls with a clear frame and agenda and set the expectation that a decision is made on the call or a follow-up is scheduled.
  • Conduct detailed discovery and qualification around revenue, margins, ad spend, growth goals, team structure, decision process, budget, and signing authority.
  • Present audit findings and proposals in a credible, data-backed way that translates performance metrics into business impact.
  • Handle objections, present pricing, and ask for the business.
  • Use a structured two-call process for larger accounts and close sub-$150k/month brands on the first call when appropriate.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, capture notes and phone numbers in Close CRM, confirm calendar invites, and recover no-shows.
  • Keep pipeline forecasts accurate and current while hitting monthly cash targets.
  • Use the AI stack and internal dashboards to prepare for calls and support analysis, while keeping all prospect communication human and consultative.
  • Feed learnings back into sales SOPs, scripts, and audit assets to improve the process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience closing B2B or high-ticket deals over Zoom with a documented close rate.
  • Hands-on eCommerce or Amazon experience is strongly preferred, including fluency in PPC, listings/SEO, CVR, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, AOV, and LTV/CAC.
  • Proven ability to run consultative discovery and create urgency without being pushy.
  • Strong CRM discipline and follow-up rigor with tools such as Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong executive presence when speaking with founders.
  • Comfort working in a remote, async, AI-heavy environment using Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and dashboards.
  • Experience selling marketing, agency, or done-for-you services to eCommerce brands is preferred.
  • Experience presenting audits or proposals prepared by a delivery or analyst team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium 10, or PPC tooling is preferred.
