Description

  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to shape and evolve the Total Rewards strategy.
  • Design and articulate Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies across global markets.
  • Advise on compensation philosophy, pay equity frameworks, job architecture evolution, and geo-tiering strategies.
  • Integrate Total Rewards strategy into key talent programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional discussions with product, finance, legal, and leadership teams.
  • Drive education and enablement to build organizational understanding of Total Rewards principles and programs.
  • Identify emerging Total Rewards risks and regulatory shifts and develop preventative solutions.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve Total Rewards analysis, modeling, and decision-making.
  • Represent the Total Rewards function in executive and leadership forums.
  • Mentor junior team members and broader People team members to strengthen rewards expertise.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in total rewards roles with a strong focus on strategy, business partnering, and thought leadership in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on complex rewards issues.
  • Deep knowledge of total rewards philosophies and practices across different business environments and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex Total Rewards concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, global, and remote-friendly organizations preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with automation and AI capabilities is expected as part of Remote's role requirements.
