Description

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop workforce plans that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, talent planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Design programs that support employee growth, career progression, and leadership capability building.
  • Support organizational design, workforce transformation, and performance management efforts.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and DEI initiatives across the organization.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies across global regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR leaders and regional HR teams while improving HR operations and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region workforces.
  • Demonstrated success leading talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation efforts.
  • Prior experience in BPO, CX, outsourcing, healthcare services, technology services, or business services is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing HR leadership teams across multiple geographies.
  • Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
