Description

  • Lead and develop the team responsible for global benefits, payroll processing, and compensation program management.
  • Own the design, implementation, and evaluation of competitive global benefits programs.
  • Lead payroll vendor strategy and processing decisions for a growing global workforce.
  • Drive the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, incentive programs, and equity administration.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and evolve the company’s compensation philosophy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation, benefits, payroll, and broader People Operations strategy.
  • Oversee global job leveling, career architecture frameworks, and compensation structures.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance across local, state, federal, and international regulations.
  • Build reporting, analytics, and insights on People Operations metrics to inform leadership decisions.
  • Evaluate and improve People Operations systems, workflows, and processes to support growth and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a team.
  • Experience building and executing payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion in a strong operational environment.
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR platforms such as Workday and ADP.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and analytics.
  • Vendor management and global compliance knowledge.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, advise senior leaders, and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment.
