Description

  • Develop and execute the global Human Resources strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Advise executive leadership on workforce, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable HR frameworks, policies, and operating models.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Build strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive organizational capability-building through learning, leadership development, and workforce upskilling programs.
  • Design and oversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives that support retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization.
  • Oversee HR policies, governance, systems, compliance, analytics, and reporting across global regions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global HR team and ensure consistency of HR practices across business units and geographies.
  • Manage HR budgeting, resource allocation, and evolution of the HR operating model to support scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Prior experience in a VP Human Resources, SVP Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy within large, global, and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams across multiple geographies.
  • Prior BPO, CX, outsourcing, healthcare services, technology services, or business services experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and workforce analytics capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global environments and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
