Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition and assess prospect fit based on their needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through the sales handoff process.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Research business requirements, identify key players, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools, with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus considered a plus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while maintaining a positive attitude under criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starting mindset, and proactive approach with new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success in the areas listed under key responsibilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Location in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible.
