Description

  • Define and build the product-led growth framework, including North Star metrics, Aha moments, and an experimentation culture.
  • Collaborate with Product to improve onboarding, reduce time-to-value, and create in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion.
  • Partner with Marketing to design automated, behavior-based lifecycle messaging across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Work with RevOps to ensure the data stack captures the right signals to trigger sales-assist motions when self-serve users are ready to upgrade.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on pricing pages, sign-up flows, and gated content to improve conversion rates.
  • Own the growth engine strategy that guides how users discover, adopt, and pay for the product.
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and RevOps to keep the self-serve motion frictionless.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize growth experiments on the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfort working with SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and tell a story with numbers.
  • Growth mindset with a bias toward rapid experimentation and failing fast.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams that do not report directly to you.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks such as Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
