Description

  • Own measurable business outcomes such as adoption, revenue, unit economics, and retention, and adjust strategy based on performance signals.
  • Act as the single accountable owner for the product area and make decisions using data, customer insight, and strategy.
  • Define and evolve product strategy with clear narratives covering customer problems, expected impact, assumptions, and risks.
  • Own or influence product economics, including revenue performance, cost-to-serve, and monetization strategy.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through commercialization to ensure delivery creates business impact.
  • Design and run experiments such as concept tests, pilots, and pricing tests to validate opportunities before scaling.
  • Leverage AI across discovery, prototyping, and product capabilities while modernizing the product and reducing technical debt.
  • Apply systems thinking to design scalable end-to-end customer journeys across workflows, data, and platform components.
  • Own go-to-market outcomes end to end, including positioning, enablement, adoption, and commercial success.
  • Partner cross-functionally, lead through influence, and create clarity through strong written artifacts and communication.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes.
  • Experience building and scaling complex products, platforms, or APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
  • Experience designing and running experiments to validate product direction.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward action.
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to partner deeply with engineering.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executive audiences.
  • Passion for customer problems and delivering meaningful, measurable value.
  • Experience with AR, payments, or financial workflow automation is preferred.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to product development or product capabilities is preferred.
  • Experience influencing pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategies is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics or data tooling is preferred.
