Description

  • Partner with life sciences stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end commercial data product for the kidney launch from vision to execution.
  • Translate launch strategy into segmentation frameworks, KPIs, and commercial data products used by leadership.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Analytics.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in line with launch milestones.
  • Partner with engineering to design Snowflake-native data models that support scalability and reuse.
  • Define and support Power BI semantic model design, including measures, relationships, and performance.
  • Enable self-service analytics through well-designed datasets and governed data products.
  • Establish KPI governance, adoption tracking, and product success metrics.
  • Lead a small cross-functional pod of data engineers and analysts in an agile delivery model.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial analytics, data product management, or analytics consulting within pharma/life sciences.
  • Strong experience and domain knowledge in gene therapy, with exposure to relevant processes, workflows, and industry applications.
  • Strong experience with pharma launches, including segmentation, performance tracking, and KPI design.
  • Hands-on understanding of Snowflake, including data modeling and performance considerations.
  • Strong Power BI semantic layer knowledge along with visualization experience.
  • Proven experience owning product backlogs and driving roadmap execution.
  • Ability to operate independently in greenfield or build-from-scratch environments.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, stakeholder-facing role as the primary interface between business and technical teams.
