Description

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality consultative pre-sales support.
  • Build a high-performance, learning-oriented team with clear standards, timely feedback, and strong career development.
  • Run a weekly deal inspection cadence focused on qualification, discovery quality, scoping, risks, and executive narrative.
  • Coach Solutions Consultants to articulate quantified business value, tailor messaging by persona, and drive clear next steps.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and AEs to shape winning strategies on priority opportunities and remove blockers.
  • Improve handoff quality by enforcing documentation standards and clear scope boundaries.
  • Set and enforce engagement standards that protect team capacity for high-impact, complex work.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and assets that improve consistency and reduce operational drag.
  • Use AI tools and lightweight automation to improve throughput, standardize outputs, and accelerate internal enablement.
  • Package recurring deal insights into actionable feedback for Product, Sales, RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, consulting, or related roles, with SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a solutions consulting team in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience improving revenue outcomes through pre-sales execution such as win rate, deal velocity, multi-product attach, or enterprise outcomes.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to coach discovery, value articulation, and executive-level communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tooling to improve team throughput and quality while managing risk and adoption.
  • Strong judgment and prioritisation skills to focus the team on the highest-impact opportunities and activities.
  • Data-driven and operationally rigorous approach to defining standards, measuring adoption, and running coaching cadences.
  • Strong cross-functional influence with Sales, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the HR and Payroll domain is a strong plus.
