Description

  • Deliver engaging virtual onboarding sessions for new and existing customers in the Belgian market.
  • Train customers on product features tailored to their workflows and operational needs.
  • Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, adapting to different skill levels and learning styles.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support success, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout onboarding, follow-up, and handoff to support teams.
  • Create and manage documentation for onboarding processes and product training.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Lightspeed’s core products and add-ons.
  • Participate in team meetings to share best practices and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer launches.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical concepts.
  • Fluency in Dutch, spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a technical role such as software, IT, or technical support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Apple tools, web technologies, or networking is preferred.
  • Understanding of restaurant POS systems is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Critical thinking and solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo and explore new approaches.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Positive and motivated mindset, with the ability to balance fun with focus.
