Description

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory while staying within budget.
  • Meet New Business and Wellness Sales targets for shelters in the territory.
  • Manage 15 Shelter Sales Agents in the assigned region.
  • Hire, develop, train, and support Shelter Sales Agents selling in shelters.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities related to territory management.
  • Accurately record prospect and customer information in the system.
  • Assess partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings.
  • Communicate Fetch’s competitive advantages and understand competitor pet health insurance products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Manage an expense budget and submit monthly reports.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success managing and developing sales representatives, agents, or producers in performance-based environments.
  • Experience coaching teams and being accountable for performance and results.
  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the employee’s state of residence, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Access to a reliable automobile.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory, to corporate headquarters, and to events or conferences as needed.
  • Open to candidates located in FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, or TX.
  • Individual contributor experience in a territory-based sales role is implied by the position.
  • Passion, competitiveness, positivity, determination, and focus are emphasized as important traits.
