Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations, and delivery of termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex termination scenarios with multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions to support compliant offboarding and audits.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supporting documents accurately while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Provide first-level employee relations support, including preliminary assessment of workplace concerns and guidance on disciplinary processes.
  • Monitor employee relations cases and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and better customer and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote international environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate using various tools and adapt to evolving systems.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with strong attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
