Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contract, and redundancy matters.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance and audits with internal and external partners, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Respond to internal and external queries and act as a subject-matter expert on offboarding matters.
  • Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, identifying applicable regulations, and guiding clients on resources and procedures.
  • Monitor employee relations cases and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer/employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance and sensitivity across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for difficult conversations.
  • Business-level written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote, international environment with flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with strong ownership and attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate across evolving digital tools and systems.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency and an appetite to optimize processes.
