Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a focus on client experience and legal compliance.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy processes in line with local laws and best practices.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and delivery of termination outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex termination cases involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance and audits with internal and external partners, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supporting documents while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding questions and guide clients through Employee Relations resources and policies.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, identify relevant facts and local regulations, and coordinate appropriate handling of cases.
  • Support process improvements, automation, and product or workflow enhancements to improve customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and automation.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced asynchronous remote environment with flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable work style.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Experience collaborating asynchronously with various tools and adapting to new systems is preferred.
