Description

  • Contribute to the definition and rollout of the Group ESG strategy with leadership and business teams.
  • Identify ESG priorities and track progress against timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
  • Set up and monitor Group-wide ESG KPIs, including energy use, CO₂ emissions, waste management, and social indicators.
  • Coordinate cross-functional ESG projects and facilitate multi-department working groups across the Group.
  • Support business departments in integrating ESG priorities into day-to-day operations.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and reliability of Group non-financial data.
  • Contribute to the drafting and publication of ESG and CSRD reports.
  • Coordinate audits and certification processes, including EcoVadis, carbon footprint, and sector-specific labels.
  • Respond to ESG questionnaires from clients, suppliers, and RFPs with consistent messaging aligned to Group commitments.
  • Raise employee awareness of ESG topics through internal communications and engage external stakeholders through content, events, and advocacy.
  • Support the deployment of AI across the Group with an ethical and responsible approach.
  • Contribute to workplace management and HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, policy documentation, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in ESG or CSR, ideally in an international environment and/or a tech or SaaS company.
  • Fluent English, as it is the working language.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across departments and geographies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and presenting non-financial data.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability, responsible business practices, and people experience.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and people processes such as onboarding, HRIS, and internal communications is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
  • Based in or willing to work from Paris, with occasional travel to international offices as needed.
