Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a strong focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy procedures, including related employment contracts and best practices.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate and influence positive outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to support compliant offboarding and audits.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and respond to internal and external offboarding queries.
  • Support employee relations cases by guiding clients through workplace concerns, assessing key facts, and coordinating appropriate resources.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and overall customer and employee experience.
  • Monitor ongoing employee relations matters and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for handling difficult conversations professionally.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process improvement, automation, and championing best practices.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across multiple tools and evolving systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • Prior experience in HR advisory or employee relations roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI capabilities in role requirements is emphasized by the company.
