Description

  • Administer payroll for all team members and coordinate with the payroll vendor and Accounting team.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, reporting, invoice review, and vendor support.
  • Administer compensation programs, including pay banding, incentive plans, pay equity analysis, and compensation systems.
  • Serve as system administrator for HRIS and other people platforms, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR SharePoint content.
  • Prepare and submit HR state and government filings such as EEO-1, state filings, and benefits filings on time.
  • Provide people data analytics and reporting for HR, including support for government agency filings and EEO review.
  • Assist with leave management processes as needed.
  • Support ATS administration and other recruiting systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People, Development, & Culture on HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all HR processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role with payroll and benefits administration experience.
  • Strong, substantive HRIS experience as a sysadmin or super user.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive team member records.
  • Strong Excel skills are required.
  • Analytical and systems-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience creating, documenting, and supporting people processes in a maturing or evolving business environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
