Description

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions and issues.
  • Resolve employee concerns promptly and support a positive employee experience.
  • Co-lead weekly new-hire orientation sessions with the People Operations team.
  • Conduct exit interviews and document employee feedback.
  • Support employee engagement, socialization, and management training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for company-wide events and HR-led initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR systems, including the HRIS, recognition platform, learning management system, and travel system.
  • Generate basic HRIS reports and help maintain accurate data across systems.
  • Manage relationships with employee engagement vendors and support due diligence and vendor selection.
  • Assist in delivering training programs and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Communicate and help administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and conduct HR audits to support compliance with federal, state, and internal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of foundational HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience with HR systems or HRIS tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems is preferred.
