Description

  • Own the overall technical architecture for revenue acceleration, aligned with GTM strategy.
  • Continuously improve the revenue tech stack by adopting best practices and responding to feedback.
  • Lead change management for new implementations while fostering experimentation.
  • Maintain and develop the Salesforce CRM platform and associated tools.
  • Assess and optimize systems for better data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
  • Lead knowledge transfer so sales teams maximize tool usage, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams on integration, data governance, and security.
  • Design, document, and implement end-to-end sales processes and process ownership.
  • Build workflows and automation that improve internal efficiency and customer value.
  • Establish and enforce policies for lead management, opportunity management, splits, account allocation, segmentation, and related sales ops topics.
  • Manage and mentor process analysts, sales technology experts, and Salesforce administrators/engineers.
  • Partner with RevOps and sales leaders to deliver cross-functional projects and communicate changes broadly.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technical or technical-adjacent Revenue Operations teams at Senior Manager, Director, or VP level in a high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and motivating teams while fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work with GTM leaders on strategy execution.
  • Deep understanding of sales tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and understand them at a ground level.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset focused on improving processes and workflows for GTM teams.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into workable requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Exceptionally strong communication and influencing skills, including stakeholder alignment and change management experience.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Experience with remote work is not required but considered a plus.

  • Annual salary range of $82,250 to $233,000 USD.
