Description

  • Provide support to employees and clients on benefits plans, enrollment and unenrollment, invoicing, and platform-related questions.
  • Process and resolve tickets and escalations through Zendesk and email.
  • Execute data-related tasks such as preparation, entry, and downloads with care and precision.
  • Help define, document, and execute standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide analytical, administrative, and technical support for maintaining benefits programs and plan administration.
  • Maintain operations process documentation and identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
  • Research information and distill written knowledge in Notion.
  • Act as an internal and external champion of Remote’s values and Benefits team goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations and employee benefits, ideally delivering US PEO services.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to excellent support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask across various tech tools.
  • Self-directed and proactive, operating as a "manager of one."
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
