Description

  • Own Leap’s people strategy and align talent, culture, and organizational programs with company goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition, hiring, and onboarding as the company scales.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, goal setting, review cycles, and manager development.
  • Design and manage compensation and health benefits programs.
  • Lead employee relations and handle sensitive workplace matters with sound judgment.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with employment law across all operating markets and maintain the employee handbook.
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Support function leaders with team growth, development, and performance.
  • Build leadership development and manager training programs.
  • Lead and develop the HR team as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including management of HR leaders or a multi-function HR team.
  • Experience building and scaling HR programs in a high-growth company.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience across talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent consultative, listening, and communication skills across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and organizational matters.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with a CFO, COO, or finance leadership and using HRIS and people analytics platforms.
