Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders on key initiatives, employee relations matters, and legal and compliance risk mitigation.
  • Apply company policies and develop solutions that improve the employee experience within established frameworks.
  • Support organizational design, restructures, role changes, process improvements, and joint venture integrations.
  • Manage FMLA, CFRA, state-protected and personal leaves, including eligibility, tracking, and return-to-work timelines.
  • Manage reasonable accommodation requests and coordinate transitional work and return-to-work plans.
  • Coach employees and managers on policies, communication, development, performance management, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Use workforce metrics, lifecycle data, stay interviews, and exit interviews to inform talent strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies supporting business evolution and sustainable results.
  • Partner with People Team colleagues to identify key talent segments and pivotal roles.
  • Design specialized training programs and assist with HR policy and procedure development and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, confident, and resilient approach to challenging or unprecedented situations.
  • People-first mindset and strong passion for supporting employees.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Availability to work standard West Coast business hours.
