Description

  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies, programs, initiatives, and activities aligned with company mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Own planning, budgeting, communication, stakeholder management, and impact measurement for engagement initiatives.
  • Design and run employee listening programs such as surveys, focus groups, and sentiment analysis.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to generate actionable recommendations and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with analytics teams to deliver real-time reporting and insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Report on employee experience metrics and present findings to leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and pilot new tools and processes to improve satisfaction, retention, and innovation.
  • Develop and lead the Culture Champion program to support and evolve company culture.
  • Support employee events, recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, and business leaders to deliver integrated employee experience solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee experience, talent management, or related HR roles in a tech or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success designing and delivering employee engagement and listening programs at scale.
  • Expertise in employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of employee listening methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, engagement tools, analytics tools, and feedback tools, ideally Qualtrics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Hands-on execution experience in fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environments.
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability in periods of rapid change.
  • Strong passion for fostering innovative, accountable, and high-performing cultures.
  • Robust project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Experience working with global and remote teams is a strong plus.
