Description

  • Create new business opportunities with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities while maintaining a clean, current pipeline of high-velocity deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and monthly sales targets.
  • Present product and service information clearly to prospective clients.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and follow-up questions throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate internally with key departments that support the client process and customer experience.
  • Close sales efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Build outbound sales pipeline through cold calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Forecast sales performance to achieve targets on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a new business role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success building relationships with key decision makers and champions.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Native or professional fluency in German and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and the ability to qualify opportunities with multiple decision makers.
  • Ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quota.
  • Ability to build outbound sales pipeline using multiple channels, including cold calls.
  • High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus, and remote work experience is considered a plus.
