Description

  • Generate net new business by prospecting and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota while maintaining ownership of the full sales pipeline.
  • Create land opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Build and maintain a clean, current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Present product and service information clearly to prospective clients and respond promptly to follow-up questions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client process, experience, and support.
  • Self-generate leads through telephone outreach, cold calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Identify opportunities, qualify multi-stakeholder deals, and close sales efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Forecast sales on a monthly basis to support target achievement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a new business role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success building relationships with key decision makers and champions and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Native or professional fluency in German and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including qualification, prospect conversion, deal closing, and quota attainment.
  • Ability to build outbound sales pipeline using multiple channels, including cold calling.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s services and market position.
  • Ability to build client trust and operate in an advisor-like capacity.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
