Description

  • Conduct regular outbound calls with assigned mentees to monitor progress and engagement.
  • Provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance throughout the learning journey.
  • Identify challenges or barriers impacting mentee success and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Direct mentees to relevant programme resources, events, and support materials.
  • Maintain regular communication to support participation and satisfaction.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with mentees through consistent engagement.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for mentee enquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify mentees with significant milestones or success stories for further engagement.
  • Conduct interviews and gather testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
  • Work with the marketing team to showcase participant achievements and programme impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Track engagement, retention, and sales-related KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on mentee progress, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in an education, coaching, mentoring, membership, or training environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong active listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
  • Experience working towards performance targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of property investment, wealth education, or financial coaching is advantageous.
  • Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
