Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of letting agents, developers, and landlords.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and position the company as a preferred service provider.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional services such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting, and specialist construction cleaning.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews to maintain satisfaction and uncover upcoming work.
  • Manage incoming enquiries, respond promptly, and prepare tailored quotations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up on quotations using a consultative approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Schedule jobs and maintain accurate booking details within the ServiceM8 job management system.
  • Coordinate with operational teams and team leaders to ensure crews have accurate job information and required resources.
  • Generate invoices for completed projects and support tracking of departmental performance and project profitability.
  • Use LinkedIn to engage professionally with clients and support visibility for the company brand.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, bookings coordination, or client services.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities and conduct consultative sales conversations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems or job management platforms; ServiceM8 experience is advantageous.
  • Professional confidence communicating with property professionals and business clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage scheduling changes calmly.
  • Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and client engagement.
